Upstate New York Legionnaires’ Disease lawsuit advances in the suit against the Comfort Inn (Choice Hotels) in Schodack, and Ecolab. The first round of depositions have now been completed. In this matter, HC&D client Lori Clark alleges she was exposed to legionella bacterium and developed Legionnaires’ Disease after attending a 3 day conference/training seminar at the facility. Ms. Clark spent 43 days in a coma and now has permanent lung damage, among other injuries.
