CD&M is proud to announce that Associate Attorney Lukas Horowitz has co-authored the forthcoming publication by Lexis of “New York Motion Practice and Procedures 2026”. The book will be available late December 2025/early January 2026. Horowitz co-wrote the publication with his father Attorney David Paul Horowitz who practices in the New York metro area.
Horowitz has been with CD&M since the fall 2022 as an associate attorney. He previously worked spent the summer of 2018 and spring of 2019 as a law clerk at the firm while at Albany Law School.
Horowitz is incredibly active in the legal community with his involvement with the Albany County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Committee.
